    Terms of Use

Values in Care is an independent, non-commercial educational research project. Using Values in Care means you agree to the terms below.

Values in Care is an independent research and educational project serving patients, families, caregivers, clinicians, chaplains, and other care partners. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, reviewed by, or representing any employer, health system, payer, religious institution, interfaith body, or other organization unless a specific relationship is explicitly documented.

    Not advice

Nothing on Values in Care is medical, legal, spiritual, or financial advice, and no clinician-patient or counseling relationship is established by using it. For decisions about your care, consult your physician, palliative or hospice team, and (if it matters to you) your own faith leader, chaplain, or humanist celebrant.
