Citation Integrity Report
Every citation is re-verified against its source (URL reachability, redirect destination, DOI resolution, and PubMed metadata) by an automated job that runs weekly. That covers the full bibliography plus every citation object in the data-hub, practices, and interfaith-bodies data files. This page publishes the unedited results of the most recent completed check, with its date. If that check is old, we say so below rather than presenting it as fresh.
How this works: an automated job fetches each cited URL, follows redirects, resolves any DOI via doi.org and any PubMed ID via NCBI, and compares the returned title and year to what we claim. Verified means the source answered and matched. Needs review usually means a site blocks automated visitors or a title drifted. A human checks these; they are not errors. Failed means a dead link or mismatched identifier. Failures block our releases until fixed.
The checking tool is open source, and the same run gates every change to the citation data. See Methodology and the full bibliography.
