An honest map of what is cited, reviewed, and still outstanding. Anything flagged here is unverified or in progress, not a claim. The build also runs scripts/lint-citations.mjs as a CI gate, and a runtime <Cited /> guardrail suppresses any factual statement whose citation id does not resolve.

Runtime guardrail <Cited /> suppresses unmapped statements and tags them with data-cite-missing for in-session detection.
