The homepage now leads with a companion line for families, a caregiver path, a World of Care panel drawn from existing WHO and Lancet snapshots, and a FAQ with schema.org FAQPage markup for search and answer engines. The page states that it prepares the conversation and does not sit in the room.
Hospice literacy refresh and institutional pilot language
The public invite no longer describes the work as early development. It now points to a bounded pilot and the conversation workspace. Research-hub snapshots add MedPAC 2024 hospice use (52.9% of Medicare decedents; persistent race and ethnicity gaps) and state that HOPE, live since 1 October 2025, is a quality assessment rather than a values history. Figures cite existing verified records (cit_medpac_ch10_2026, cit_cms_hope_reporting).
